這是一本記錄北埔米食文化的小誌，除了記錄博大精深的客家米食文化，也深入採訪三間北埔老店，包含隆源餅行、蔡合春餅舖與彭家粄糕，最後更收錄多間北埔在地米食店家。拿著這本手冊，在春節期間走訪北埔小鎮吧！
This is a zine about the rice dishes culture in Beipu. In addition to recording the delicate Hakka rice dishes culture, we also conducted in-depth interviews with three old stores in Beipu, including Long-Yuan Bakery, Tsai Hechun Bakery, and Peng Family Rice Cake. The part you shouldn’t miss is that we collected lots of rice dishes stores recommended by the locals. Take this brochure and have a nice trip in Beipu during the Lunar New Year holidays.
